Four commercial airplanes were hijacked by members of a terrorist group called Al-Qaeda, two airplanes were crashed into the World Trade Center Twin Towers in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The third airplane crashed into The Pentagon located in Arlington County, Virginia. And the fourth airplane crash landed in a field in rural Pennsylvania because the passengers on board stopped the hijackers just in time before the plane hit the White House, which was its original destination. Many people stood and watch as the second plane crashed into the south twin town and many witnesses watched it crash to the ground, with love ones inside unable to escape from the higher levels of the building. The America I believe in is a country founded upon the basic right of freedom. Although often overlooked by many countries, freedom should be an essential part of any human’s life. Our Founding Fathers, who were strong advocates of freedom, took a risk by declaring their independence from the British tyranny. I feel that this risk that many considered to be unwise and rash, proved to be a brave and important decision that became an example for many countries who would later go on to declare their independence, such as Afghanistan and Egypt. The Founding Fathers had one thing that will prove to be a key constituent in many historical events: they had hope.…
