Plato’s explained human’s perception by representing us as prisoners who have being chained in a cave since childhood. The prisoners are been kept in a way that they were unable to look backward, both their legs and neck were unmovable and their head faced forward .They could only see what was in front of them, shadows of objects which they interpreted to be real. At the end, one of the prisoners was released, he had the chance to see and know the truth about what was going on outside, but when he went back and tell the others about what he saw they could not believe him.
