Some of the programs that the Aging Service Network offers are access to service and information. Their goal is to providing better care by better with easily accessible, participant-centered home and community-based supports and services. The Aging Network also provides nutrition needs such as counseling, education about nutrition and congregate and home delivered meals. By doing this, they are promoting better health through health education, assessments, and health promotion programs. Some other resources given are information and assistance about benefits, care management and transportation needs.
