The Pros of competitive sports improve on many physical and mental skills which help the kid develop over time. The Cons include risks of injury, too much pressure at such young age, and stress. To get one point to the side, pressure and stress is exactly one of the many things competitive sports teaches kids to deal with. All it does is exercise their brain activity for these new skills that the kids have made of. The other main argument is that kids have a rare chance of getting injured. Many cases of people arguing that competitive sports should not be influenced in kids have blurred out all of the things that they gain. All of these benefits are blurred out giving people a sense of risk which has to be stopped. An illusion of fear is what they make of it.
