Nowadays, sexual violence against woman is an interesting topic. Because of the development, a gender equality becomes more complex, so many people do not consider about human rights for the woman anymore. Violence against women is human right violations of the most inhumane faced by women.
God created human beings of the opposite sex, there are men and there are women. Both of these human beings endowed with advantages and disadvantages, which are based on the capability and capacity. Women created as a weak human and should be protected by a man and need protection from various sides.

A violence to the woman not only an individual problem but also a national and global problem. In some cases a violence to the woman can be said as a transnational problem. Violence against woman is an act that related and have an impact such misery or suffering of the woman, physically, sexually, psychologically, coercion and deprivation of liberty whether occurring in the community and in the household environment.
A violence to a woman as a global problem very worrying in every country in the world, not only in the developing countries but also in the progressive countries. Violence against a woman can occur in public places, at work, within the family and others. Violence against a woman can be conduct by parents, brothers and other people too.
The most woman often reacts passive and apathetic in faced of the violence. This affirms the hidden conditions of violence that are done to wife by the husband.
