(Duncan, no date) Besides these, the logical framework approach is also widely used by donors and governments in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of development projects. The function of logical framework is to help the project design, implementation and evaluation. (WEDC) The variations of the logical framework are known as Goal Oriented Project Planning (GOPP) or Objectives Oriented Project Planning (OOPP).
