Each day you should only spend at most two hours on it and the remaining time you can go out so as to do exercise and outdoor activities. In other words, it is truly more fascinating to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere by hanging out with your friends than stare at your phone the whole day. The more leisure activities you participate in, the more pleasurable you are. In addition, communication with people by seeing others in the flesh puts your trust in each relative you have. In fact, sometimes you make contact with someone, you don’t realize exactly who they are, where they live and what they are,… People say that: “An ounce of image is worth a pound of performance”. Actually, only by seeing people in the flesh can you properly evaluate properly their correct manners. Other than that, meeting face to face is further challenging than communicating indirectly by phoning. Therefore, usual meetings with someone would sharpen your conversational skills and boost your confidence. Last but not least, nowadays there are one or more new technological products presented attractively in public each month. Thus, some people are controlled by technology which wastes the sum of money and time. For this reason, raise your individual consciousness on avoiding unnecessary expenditures.
