“ Exercise is a process whereby the body performs work of a demanding nature, in accordance with muscle and joint function, in a clinically-controlled environment, within the constraints of safety, meaningfully loading he muscular structures to inroad their strength levels to stimulate a growth mechanism within minimum time”( Ken Hutchins). Exercise is an activity performed bodily or a physical activity that is done that has certain patterns or strucures in its methods and procedures.
Exercise helps in movement and stretching of muscles, strengthining bones, increasing metabolic rates, reduction of fats, and so on. exercise is in short good to mainatin body weight, feel more energetic, remain healthy and fit.

Physical Exercise is performance of physical activity. Physical exercise refers to exercises that are physical in nature. It requires more of bodily movements. These maintain health and keeps evrything in balance. Aerobic exercises are those that contain the basic ones that most of the peple involve in, like walking, jogging, running, swimming, etc. Gym is related to exrecises that mainly uses machines or tools, like treadmill, weights, etc. Gymming helps in tonig of muscles and also getting a fit body in variably maintaing the health of the body.
