After reading The Adult Learning Companion the two things that I have learned to be most valuable and effective for me going forward in my college career is time and studying. Time is important to me because, it can become challenging to find time to commit to doing school work after working 40 hours, taking kids to practice, going to sports game, cooking, cleaning and preparing for tomorrow’s work day. After all of this I just want to get in the bed to do it all again tomorrow therefore, time can definitely be a challenge. Going forwarded I will wake up an hour earlier to study before getting ready for work. The morning seems to be the best time for me to get some quiet and quality study time in plus I seem to be more focused. It
