Muscular Strength, which is the amount of force that your muscles can exert against resistance, has little to do with Ab Circle. While someone’s own weight could be considered a way of working out the muscles, the circle pad is the one that does all the moving in an easy, gliding motion with barely any force. No weights are being pulled, and no muscles are contracting or lengthening. In relation to the muscular endurance, which is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time, the Ab Circle also fails. As it promises only three minutes of a workout, it definitely doesn’t fulfill the extended period of time part of muscular endurance. The ab circle recommends working out everyday, so it’s very frequent in that regard. When using this product, the user doesn’t get tired quickly. Infact, most of movement comes from the circle pad and not the actually muscles being used. The intensity doesn’t have any variety either. It’s just go back and forth, with no way of making it harder by adding weight or by going quickly. However, in terms of time, it has a very short time limit of three minutes instead of the average workouts which usually last around thirty minutes. The only types of workouts associated with the ab circle, are of course, ab workouts. However, with the SPORT principles, the Ab circle does much worse. The body adapts with the specific type of training performed, so eventually the Ab circle will not be as effective as it did in the beginning of the workout. Again, there is no way that the Ab circle can be changed to be harder than normal, as it has no modifications to create different or harder workouts. The ab circle has no form of progression at all. The exercise stays the same for the entire time that someone would own the ab circle. It doesn’t challenge the body since the ab circle doesn’t change any part of SPORT principle at all. In order to achieve a training effect with the ab circle, one must spend more and more time on the ab circle. That’s all someone can do in order to work themselves harder.
