According to ( Niklas Luhmann 1986) communication system is a entirely closed system that generates the constituents out of which it rises over communication itself. In this sense a communication system that portrays everything that functions as a unity for the system through the system itself. Of course, this can happen only in an environment and liable on environmental restrictions.

Attitude is made up of three components, affective (feelings and emotions about the attitude object), behavioral (the behavior one shows when faced with the object) and cognitive (the opinions and beliefs one has about the object). This model is known as the ABC model of attitudes.
Conferring to Rosenberg and Hovland 's (1960) this current tendency to view political beliefs and emotions as exclusive and differences can be traced back to three component view of attitudes. Based on this view, an "attitude" is a complex psychological structure comprising an individual 's beliefs about the attitude object, feelings toward the object, and behavioral response tendencies toward the object. The assumption is that these three distinct response classes are not always highly associated. As a significance, a comprehensive explanation of an attitude should entail that all three components be measured. Reliable with this perspective, many psychologists have gained evidence for the discriminant validity of scales measuring the three attitudinal components (e.g., Breckler and Wiggins, 1989 Kothandapani, 1971; Millar and Tesser,
