„ That sugar film“ is a 2014 documentary written and directed by Damon Gameau. A year later, a book from the same author launched. “ That Sugar Book” is based on Gameau´s research for the film. As the title of both film and the book says, it´s all about sugar and its role in our lives. How does it affect our body and mind? What can it lead to and whether it´s overall good for us or not?
