Thanksgiving Research Paper

Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks and to remember all the good things in life. Some families get together and do special things other just get together. While others rejoice they give thanks and pray. What I’m thankful for is my family and friends, my pets, and my home.
To begin with, I am thankful for my family and friends. My family is always their when I need help. My family is Always their when I need a shoulder to cry on. They always back up my decisions and stop me from doing something stupid. My family always comforts when I am afraid.
To continue, I am extremely thankful for my pets.
My pets are like fat fluffy stress balls that my hands. When I’m angry they can tell they will waddle up to me and let me pet them. When I fall asleep on the couch they just keep licking me until I get up. They are what calms me in the angriest of times. …show more content…
They protect everyone from the dangers overseas. But they don’t just protect us from the dangers overseas but also the dangers on home soil. they give up their Thanksgiving with their family for everyone else’s thanksgiving with their family. The military is what allows us all to celebrate the very important holiday of Thanksgiving. To wrap up, ThanksGiving is a time to give thanks to all those that make your life special.
