I have realized just how extraordinary Thanksgiving is as other countries do not set aside time celebrate time with their families or to reflect on the blessings in their lives. I would like to say I am deeply thankful for my friends and family.

Happy Thanksgiving from the PCE Team! It is hard to believe we are this far into harvest and only a few weeks away from a really good meal with friends and family! Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for all of the wonderful people in one’s life. Thanksgiving shouldn’t be ephemeral because it’s a long celebration with loved ones surrounding you.
