The audience will be young people, who are in their 20-30s and college students. What attracts them in the film is the similarities between main character and the audiences, both are having struggle to live during their years in college. There are many films that attract young audiences by creating the connection with audiences, like Good Will Hunting for example.

His films feature the multiple levels of characters interacting with one another, and then, in the end, an incident happens, which connects all the previous incidents together. What really amazes me is that I can never guess the ending of those films. In addition, Ritchie's creativity of directing movies is also what distinguishes his style. For example, the scene which Eddie was beaten in a card game, the soundtrack, sound effects and especially camera view make audience understand Eddie's feeling when being cheated (like being punched in the face). Stanley Kubrick and Christopher Nolan’s talents are difficult to be criticized or ignored. Kubrick managed to tell a story through his art of cinematography without any dialogue needed as Nolan’s film cinematography managed to set the tone that matched…

The film Hearts and Minds is a documentary made by Peter Davis in 1974 to portray America’s unethical involvement in Vietnam and examine the opinions of many by showing interviews and vivid footages. The film focuses more on those who were against the war than those who supported it. For the U.S. all that mattered was the victory. However, those who were opposed to the war felt that there was no right or reasonable justification for their actions. The real issue illustrated by the film was whether the U.S. wanted to protect the country from communism or to manifest its greatest power in the world by winning another war.…
