Using a cell phone while driving may cause someone to get distracted. If they are calling or texting someone that might distract the driver and cause an accident. If someone is using a cellphone and they look down at a text then see that it’s a car stopping in front of them then they will have to stop on their brakes quickly so they will not hit the car in front of them.
