Knox discusses several personality characteristics in our text ranging from social class, physical appearance, career, marital status, religious views, political views, race, age, education, and open-mindedness to name a few (Knox. D. pp. 88-89). “People stay in relationships because their needs are being met” (Knox. D. pp. 82).
