Texting In Class

Ding! A phone rings loud and clear. The irritated teacher immediately turns around and walks through the aisles. Watching like a hawk to see who had the distracting phone. The teacher notices who is causing all of the commotion. The distressed teacher holds out her hand for the student to give up their cell phone! This is one of the many terrible consequences cell phones in class cause, inappropriate pictures can be taken and even bomb threats have been and can be made through the student's cell phones. Some schools have allowed them to be in class, but all of the evidence proves that cell phones are a distraction and should be banned.

Texting in class is a major distraction for everyone around that annoying texter. The phone has thankfully been confiscated and will not be bothering anyone, anymore. Texting is very disturbing for everyone, causing no new information to be absorbed. If the trouble some students are permitted to have cell phones, it becomes easier for rude or even inappropriate pictures, memes, and videos to be posted or shared in any other way. Kenneth S. Trump says, "Administrators also worry about cell phone cameras being used to take and spread inappropriate photographs of students in restrooms and locker rooms." Things like gossip or something that was posted on social media spreads fast across schools. This evidence proves that these things have got to stop and the way to do that is to completely rid schools of cell
