As of 2015, 1.5 million people died in car wrecks. 50% of that number was from texting and driving, and 25% was from being intoxicated, and more of the wrecks coming from the ages 15 to 44, the young age. If you think of it, 1.5 million is very large number, especially if you're talking about people, just thinking about a million and a half people dying from not paying attention of the road, people drinking too much at a bar, and people being easily distracted by their smartphones, this is how people need to make a stop to the total amount of deaths due to car accidents.

However, the important task is finding the technique that works best for you. Even though 33% of people that drive have admitted to texting and driving, we all could get together and make an impact on texting and driving. Now, more teens share stories about how they would have never been destricted if they would have turned their phones off, or even put them away, now those people are very strict about following the rules of texting and driving. In some states, texting and driving is a law, bt it depends what age you are, for example, in Missouri if you are under the age of 16 then the cop or sheriff will pull you over, due to the fact that they look for people under the age of 21. While in the state of Montana, there are no laws that follow texting and driving, therefore you can text and drive into that state without even having to worry about getting pulled over by the cops.. In lots of opinions, texting and driving should be a law in all 50 states, or at least have a age limit on it, but this is not our choice, it's the government's
