Now, more teens share stories about how they would have never been destricted if they would have turned their phones off, or even put them away, now those people are very strict about following the rules of texting and driving. In some states, texting and driving is a law, bt it depends what age you are, for example, in Missouri if you are under the age of 16 then the cop or sheriff will pull you over, due to the fact that they look for people under the age of 21. While in the state of Montana, there are no laws that follow texting and driving, therefore you can text and drive into that state without even having to worry about getting pulled over by the cops.. In lots of opinions, texting and driving should be a law in all 50 states, or at least have a age limit on it, but this is not our choice, it's the government's
