As we begin this section of the law it goes straight into describing abuse. Abuse, it can be mental or emotional, physical causing bodily harm or an injury, sexual, or encouraging the child to behave in obscenely in sexaual manners. Next the section goes on to speak about neglect which includes leaving a child in a exposed area where he or she may be at risk, failure to provide the child with food, and failure to arrange the necessary care for the child. If someone is to make a report the following must take place. The report shall have the name and address of the child, name and address of the person in custody of the child, and any other information that is relevant to the situation going on. As we move on to the next topic it is wise to not that this next topic unlike any other has a purpose.
