Devendrasinh Thakur Professor Sharifian GOVT-2306-73011 May 7, 2017 Government Control over Texas Every country has different types of controls over different individual states. That is the reason every single state varies from another one. In United States, government trying to get control over many different states due to different types of laws and regulations. We all know that there some bans going on all over to the Texas. They have changed the control on tree cutting and several other strange things. Most of the states’ senators have control over their state, same thing is in Texas also. Many time what happen is, local government make or take certain types of decision regarding needs of public.

I think it is tough to decide it in a quick way. There are many debates are in controversy, but in the end, we must come up with one better side, which can help society to live easy and safe life. And another thing is, we have two options, which is sustain liberty and equality. We should choose one from these two, because they both are necessary for better live of society. Fracking process is the biggest deal going on right now, everybody know that it relates to earthquakes, which can cause some changes in natural thing. At the same time, we know that earthquake is a natural disaster, nobody has control on it. There are many people who are not supporting this bill, because it’s a natural thing, but they believe it when it comes to the increasing price in oil and many stuffs related to it. Local control is not getting many chances since few years, many times their bills got denied, because many people are not getting agree with it. We know that in Texas, they were trying to get a law on No-Texting while driving, but it got denied, because there were not many people to support that law. This is the situation where local control try to help society, but it’s tough to get an approval due to many people.
To sum up, I believe that there are many agrees and disagrees will remain same in this type of debate, but I personally believe that, local control is more better than state control, because that is the best way to know the public issues and develop the state.
