The Texas Church Shooting "People covered in blood and screaming. It was pandemonium everywhere." A shooting November 5, at a church, occurred at eleven a.m. When the authorities arrived they found twenty-six people dead. The victims ranging from five years old to seventy-two years old.
Overall what happened? Beginning at 11 a.m. during a church service at First Baptist Church a man, by the name of Devin Patrick Kelley, came into the church and began firing at innocent people. Later, when he was running out of the church a civilian stepped out of his home and fired at Devin. It is believed, that Devin was hit by one of the shots fired. Next, he ran to his vehicle and started driving off. Authorities were pursuing him when all of a sudden Devin crashes. The cause of Devin’s death is still unknown. According to ABC news at a morning conference, the authorities noted that it was a "domestic situation" in the Devin Patrick Kelley's family. Devin was dishonorably discharged from the U.S Air Force in 2014 for two charges of assaulting his wife and child. Furthermore, it is believed that he was angry and decided to take his anger out on innocent lives. Mr. Kelley lived only a few blocks away from First Baptist Church, where the shooting occurred.
