For example Lionel Tate beat to death a six year old little girl. 14 year old, Joshua Smith, shot his mother to death as she slept on the couch. Fifteen year old Nehemiah Griego shot and killed his family. One kid murdered a wife and her husband as she begged for her life and the life of her unborn child as he shot her, one of the testifiers said he just wanted to know what it felt like to shoot someone. All these kids know the difference between hurting someone and killing someone. But yet kids “don't know what they're doing when they kill”.
