Yes. The Joint Concept for Human Aspects Operations, supplemented by Strategic Appraisal Tools, have provided me the additional inputs to the strategy formulation frameworks with human aspects of military operations and how an interaction among and between humans and the environment influence decision. Furthermore, it enriched the strategy framework (global environment, domestic environment, and national purpose) and helped me to analyze and understand the social, cultural, physical, informational and psychological elements that influence human behavior. Along with the Strategic Appraisal, which emphasizes that culture matters. Culture both shapes our thought processes and provides a tool for analyzing the strategic environment, this element helped me to get the so-what question. This game offered the future leaders an effective practical model to tie national elements of power to the given goals (I was part of NATO team) through game facilitator who evaluate our reasoning how we are able to routinely tie the given ends to the available means in untestable ways. For me was interesting dice role in game that in some way broke linear thinking and planning, which sometimes forced to rethink and sometimes renegotiate future actions, also that every move had to be argumentatively supported and evaluated by other game player. The Kaliningrad matrix offered an opportunity practically applying curse knowledge to create and execute strategy in geographic area and its environment crucial for the U.S national
