Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Having successfully concluded a mediation of the issues between them, Terry Murray and Jacky Horner agree as follows:
1. Terry will cover half the costs to repair Jacky’s car. Terry will pay Jacky $2,250, in full satisfaction of Invoice No. 5323319, dated March 18th, 2017. This amount represents half of the $4,500 that was estimated to be the cost to repair Jacky’s car.
2. Terry’s garage will offer Jacky free auto repairs, for the sum of $2,250, representing the remaining half of the $4,500 to fix Jacky’s car.
3. Terry understands that Jacky was in a car accident due to faulty repair work done by an unsupervised employee at Terry’s garage, and Terry offers an apology to Jacky.
