However, I believe that the customer confusion angle is overblown because TerraCycle is a shopping product meaning the consumer will carefully read the labels on the products. www.scotts.com product line has the name "Scotts" prominently marked on every product. I believe this fact alone is enough to clear up any customer confusion. Furthermore, white, green, and yellow are representative of the colors that you see in the
