I noticed James working towards the termination as he started incorporating positive aspects and recommendations such as a job and his interest in music. James wanted to make sure Anthony was headed in the right direction towards termination to better help his relationship with his mom, focus in school, and alternative focus on a job rather than gang activities. Also, James wanted Anthony’s feedback in the last session to see his progress through their sessions that he had applied in his daily activities. My biggest take away from Anthony and James sessions is the importance in asking for the clients feedback on their progress of the session during the termination process because of the social worker should have feedback on how they helped
