Jeev Milkha Singh once said “Injuries is a part of a sportsman life; you have to live with it. You can’t be down with that; it is not gonna help you.” for athletes who went through a difficult injury. There are four most common injuries in tennis are Tennis Elbow, Shoulder injuries, Stress Fractures, and Muscle Strains.
The most injury tennis athletes had was tennis elbow. It is caused by overuse of muscles that extend the wrist or bend it backwards. It is the most used muscle when playing tennis. To prevent tennis elbow, you must do a warm-up routine and use proper technique.
Shoulder injuries are also a very common injury. It is due to poor conditioning and strength of the rotator cuff muscles. When the shoulder socket is weak, the tissues
