One of the relevant NASW is service which refers to aiding people in need to solve social problems. Also, social workers prioritized the service beyond their proper interest. Social workers practice social justice in favor of marginalized groups of people. They are defenders against poverty, unemployment, discrimination, oppression and any form of social injustice. They work alongside of minorities to ensure they get equality of opportunity. Dignity and worth of the person is one of the core values of social worker. This value is related to their sense of responsibility to clients and society as a whole; they are ready to intervene in conflict resolutions in a professional way. Integrity refers to social worker value to act with honorable approach. In addition, social worker emphasizes relationship among people because they recognize it is the best way to get people to be involved in the practice of helping.
