The Guardian

According to Keirsey.com, Temperament is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as habits of communication, patterns of action, and set of characteristic attitudes, values and talents. It also encompasses personal needs, the kinds of contributions that individual make in the workplace, and the roles they play in society.” There are four type of temperament as the Artisan, the Guardian, the Rational, and the Idealist.
In general the Guardians focuses on duties and responsibilities, of what they can keep an eyed and take care of, they obey the laws, rules and respect the rights of others (keirsey.com).
The personality test suggests that when it comes to business I do follow through with my duties and responsibilities.
