Introduction TELUS is a Canadian telecommunications company that provides nearly fourteen million people a variety of products and services to a national consumer base. The TELUS Corporation believes that growth and diversity in their company is a major factor in the success of their business. Along the way, however, TELUS is forced to overcome obstacles thrown at them by both the government and the economy. TELUS is a well-known brand and has many opportunities for new devices known to keep them going. The TELUS Corporation is constantly in the works of growing their company and adding a diverse workforce to better understand the customer’s needs. A SWOT analysis indicates that TELUS has great potential in the area of mobility. Due to a well-known nationwide brand, they are able to provide their customers a wide range of devices to purchase and use from them. TELUS strives on taking care of their customers which sees them having a strong 13.9 million user customer base (Telus at a Glance).
