Telus Spark Observation Report

This week has been a crazy one! But the broadness of the Telus Spark project is starting to narrow and things are falling into place. We started working on unit one in math which I did find confusing, but I am slowly starting to get my head wrapped around it. For social, I started learning about individual and collective identities as well. Things are starting to pick up in our classed now and even though somethings are harder than the others it was not a bad week.

For our prototype projects we continued brainstorming for our projects for the first few days of the week but then we narrowed all the ideas down as a class and based on the ideas that were there we partnered up with another classmate that shared the same ideas and wanted to work with you for this project. For this project my partner is Revecca. Even though we both came from Langdon School we have not been in each others class so we have never worked together before! I am looking forward to working with someone new and I believe we will both be able to come up with a super cool project as we both enjoy the biology side of science.

Unit one in math I have found both not to hard but at the same time very confusing. When it is very first explained to me, I understand it and how to do it, but as I start working on it I find it hard to complete. But some of the topic's have not been too bad and I don't mind them. Then in social we talked about individual and collective identities. This is definitely a concept we have learnt in the past but the kind of discussion that was shared with the topic this year was much different and the questions we were asked about it were also very different. It helped me to get an even stronger grasp on the topic. With that, that pretty much sum's up what this week has been all
