I believe the story “The Tell-Tale Heart” by Edgar Allan Poe was a lot more suspenseful than the movie. First of all, in lines 10-11, the eye was described as ones of a vulture, with it being pale blue and having a film over it. Yet, in the movie, the eye was just shown with no further details. Second, the narrator sneaking into the master’s bedroom in the middle of the night was a lot more detailed. In lines 19-31 the narrator explained how he slowly opened the door, would thrust in his head, and slowly show light through the lantern to see the evil eye. Also, in the book, he sounded and acted a lot more mad. Like, in the beginning of the story, he mentions that he’s not mad many times, and keep mentioning it throughout the book, and at the
