Telehealth and telemedicine are using interchangeably. Nevertheless, telehealth focuses on big domain of related health services for example, patient care, but telemedicine represent direct clinical services. To increase the value of health care the quality should be improved and the cost should be reduced these two goals could be achieved by unifying telehealth and traditional health care. (IOM) observes that health care field is the most complex business. The integration required huge investments and advanced building with the new technology, so health providers and costumers can get adapt to it. Telehealth could be complementary to the traditional ambulatory health care, so health providers would provide care for patients at the hospital
