Teens Attempting Murder: Article Analysis

In the Feature Article " Teens Taunted By Bullies Are More Likely To Consider Attempting Murder" Written in 2014, Karen Kaplan explains why many teenagers commit suicide. Teenagers who are cyberbullied are defenseless and are more likely to attempt suicide. Karen states Twelve year old Rebecca Ann Sedwick Jumped to her death in a cement plant because she was asked " why are you still alive", also Jordan Lewis shot himself after being bullied. Those are just examples on what bullying can cause innocent teen to do.

Karen points out that suicide is connected with bullying, teasing , harassment and even "Ragging and Mobbing". Cyberbullying is much more worse then being bullied in person. Teens are hurt more by things that are posted on

Kathy Shaidle’s article “In Defense of Bullying” states that bullying is good on the development of youth to strive for more. That not many adolescence kill themselves due to bullying and anti-bullying actually is just creating more bullies.
