society many students are facing many consequences without a license. It can lead to many serious crashes and can even injure a teenager badly. Also practicing driving alone shouldn't be allowed. Other other people will suffer by teens make more mistakes, teens are not experienced enough yet. Just by simply adding two years doesn't harm anyone, it just reduces the death rate from teens. Teens can simply get distracted either by texting and driving or talk on the phone while eating. Not only that, teens get nervous or scared while driving and especially with parents. Teens should at least be 18, because they don't really understand the real life about the roads. It would at least be great for a 17 year old to have only a permit so it
