One question that people ask when it comes to abortion is should a teenager be given the right to decide for herself to get an abortion. Under the law a majority of states require their be parental consent by one parent for an abortion usually 24 to 48 hours but some states require both. In replacement of the parents some states allow grandparents or other adult relatives.
