According to the data provided below, Figure 1, overtime between the ages of 15-19 the gap in birthrates per 1,000 females (whites and African American’s) has closed. This shows that society has change dramatically. Research has shown that less sex, more contraception and more information is the reasons for this decline. This approach consists of four key practices. Those include developing evidence based programs, linking these programs with clinics, improving clinical practices, and public awareness and listening. To elaborate, evidence based programs are programs that use previous statistical data from less severe studies in order to find the problem, coming up with at strategy and help reach expected positive results. They link clinics with programs by making medical services of easier access to teens. They improve clinical practices by changing traditional clinics into a more modern teen friendly environment. To complete this approach, they broadcast public awareness and listen by visiting churches and developing projects and recruitment of volunteers and community
