"Teen birth rates declined from 2013 to 2014 for all races and for Hispanics. Among 15- to 19-year-olds, teen birth rates decreased" (CDC para 4). The reason that I chose to writing about teenage pregnancy is because I think that shows like Teen Mom and 16 and pregnant prevent teens from wanting to have kids, it doesn 't necessarily stop then from having sexual contact but it teaches teens protection while having sex , because the moms have to struggle on the show is how the kids will struggle in real life.

(CDC4) Having to face some of the obstacles that some of the moms have to face is somethings one teenagers couldn 't handle , being a mom at a young age is never going to be easy but if you make the choice to have sex then you must make the choice to face a baby or whatever may happen to you . Being a teen mom is sometimes by choice but not always it 's always an accident some people just don 't use condoms for protection and some people just don 't know how to stop having sex .
