Teen Titans was a soul searching, and heart wrenching comic: on the other hand “Teen Titans GO!” Is a humorous, and funny comic. These two comics although having the same characters and basically the same name are extremely different. To some is not that bad. Someone who likes Teen Titans GO! could make the point of Teen Titans GO! is a funny show that keeps the kids busy and out of the way plus kids don’t understand in entirety the meaning of the improper jokes. This maybe true still many children do understand those jokes after a while of hearing them, also it still has no lesson for them to learn. This is the reason why it should not have replaced a hearty value rich comic that catered to more than just childish humor. Another thing about Teen Titans GO! Is sometimes it does teach about teamwork. This again is true although this is always after the leader (robin) is ignored on something he was trying to get the team to interact with. This shows that following a leader isn’t fun and that the leader is always wrong. To show this to a child could make them think that following rules and leaders are something that boring people do. This is not okay to instill in a young child’s mind and can make them act out at school and …show more content…
The fact that Teen Titans GO! Was put in place of this amazing cartoon is downright shameful to our society and representation of the downfall of the cartoons that are so important in children's life and have been for a while. It is a moral insult to our way of raising children and a horrible excuse to pass time. This shouldn’t be the situation we find ourselves in now. There should be quality to what we watch and allow our children to watch like there used to be with the Teen

Why would Sesame Street change the Cookie Monster to a Veggie Monster? The cartoon Sesame Street plays a major role in the childhood of most children. The reason behind changing the monster can come from the fact that it has such a major influence on the life of younger children. News, and one from U.S. Weekly, they all said the same about the show cancellation, it was cancelled for a humongous drop in viewers. Forbes state that the show had 5.6 million viewers during its premiere but dropped to 1.5 million viewers on average soon after (Katz). Those who agree that shows should stick to their original script will claim that this drop in viewers is partly contributed for any drastic changes made to the sequel or reboot. Since these shows are nostalgic to viewers, to gain a majority of older viewers is to stick with the original ideas. As humans, we tend to be afraid of the unknown, although of course there are those who are not.…

Occasionally, I'll take a look at the channel, I wonder what today's kids must think of the mindless garbage that there force- fed by the once- great Nickelodeon.…

In “Kid’s Stuff” by Michael Chabon, the author is trying to explain to the audience how the writing of comics must be changed in order to appeal to modern day children. Originally, the goal of a comic book writer was to appeal to adults and to get readers to think of comics as a legitimate source of literature instead of something that kids read to pass the time. In the process of doing so, kids stopped reading comics as much. While some adults picked comics up, the sales numbers went down over time. When examining the question of how to make comics popular again, to the author, the answer lies in once again making comics for kids.…
