“Most teens need about 8½ to more than 9 hours of sleep each night. Getting the right amount of sleep is essential for anyone who wants to do well on a test or play sports without stumbling.” For safe arrival to any destination, sleep is needed for peak awareness while driving. “Just like drugs or alcohol, sleepiness slows reaction time, decreases awareness, and impairs judgment. Just like alcohol, sleepiness can be fatal when driving” Responsibility will “make or break” teens when they are put out on their own. Curfew is educated to adolescents in order to grasp the factual definition of responsibility. “Responsibility is the opportunity or ability to act independently and make decisions without authorization”. Few states or cities limit what times teens are allowed to be on the road, so enforcing a curfew in the household rules could make it simpler for a teen to follow these laws. Teens need to be taught to be accountable for their actions, and both good and poor choices exist. Discipline is a major factor while teaching teens the importance of good choices Adolescents need to practice obeying the rules, and to learn boundaries set by parents or
