Ted's Narrative Essay: Is It Worth The Barrier?

The clock hanging on the wall ticking loudly with every word draining out of Ted's ears. It was almost lunch time and with every seconds closing by, his anticipation increases. He could faintly hear the teacher's voice discussing about the two divisions, the sympathetic and the parasympathetic. However, Ted could barely focus on the lesson instead his mind drawn back to a few days back when Mr. Hills gave the class an ultimate warning about cellphones in class while he's teaching. His focus then diverted to Mr. Hills when he started explaining the sympathetic system and how it is also called the 'fight-or-flight' response. He then continue on describing the actions it produces until Ted could no longer keep his concentration.
