Throughout my life I got many chance to have leadership experience. I gain experience to be leader most of the time is in school through group project. For example, in my US history class I was doing a group project our project was make a poster for the topic of Teddy Roosevelt Early Career, but this project require a leader to organize and lead the team. Consequently with all the faith of the people in my group I been chose to be the leader. A leader is not an easy job first I have to contributing an equal amount of work, listen to my team member about their ideas and make sure that everything I do won’t make anybody upset.
