We watched the short film from Ted Talk, which former President Carter Discussed that women being mistreated is the number one Human Right being abused. Carter's belief is true to me, I don’t see why men are more superior than women; growing up in a household with 4 sisters has influenced me that men and women are created equally. The thought of some men disempowering women to feel less superior cause me to feel shock and ashamed of being a male. So a part of Lead Program for the Teachers College brought me more awareness of diverse cultures and environments. With that being said, I look forward to seeing the difference of a culture background and react to it positively.
