Recently, I watched an episode of Manhunt: Unabomber on Discovery channel. His work, Industrial Society and its Future, was mentioned several times throughout the episode and it sparked my interest. Ted Kaczynski’s theory is that technology has become such a big part of our lives that it would be near impossible to function without it. This was something that grabbed my attention because despite the fact that technology is a helpful tool, it also has the power to destroy our society.
