Last thursday in a history classroom Garfield principal Ted Howard spoke to the garfield media, touching on topics such as hazing and froshing during a fielding of student questions Ted howard came to speak to the aspiring journalists of Mr. Martin's classroom in an attempt to speak on the current issues and state of Garfield High school. Of these topics he focused on hazing and froshing as they have a large and immediate impact on the student body here at garfield. “It welcomed students to the Garfield environment” said principal Howard.”It used to be a positive” Howard said comparing it to how it was when he personally experienced it when he attended Garfield.
