Rosonia, great post this week. We both mentioned a few of the same things in our post this week regarding factors that will differ outside of the United States like workforce and technology. I agree with you because both of these factors do affect the workforce. People deal with things differently than we do outside of the United States and we have to be prepared to deal with that in order to have a good working relationship with others all over the world. This will help both sides of the companies and the employees too. Regarding technology, it is always changing and for the most part, it is a good thing because it helps everyone get things completed more quickly and easily than before we had it.
