Generally speaking, the writing work of civil engineer can be something as simple as writing a memo to a complicate paper that need to do a lot of research and discuss. Last piece of work, I would like to introduce is, “History and Status of Female Faculty in Civil Engineering” the journal written by (Leonard and Nicholls 2013). Generally speaking, woman in the field of civil engineer profession gets pay less compare to a man in the same status.
