In Chapter 2 of our book, the author, Catherine Haar defines revision as “the act of making changes to a written document to make it better.” She also says that there are four aspects of revision. While I agree with the author, I look at revision a little differently. In the current time of technology revision happens more frequently than we know. When sending an email, text message, or posting a Facebook status, anytime we hit the delete or backspace and change the wording of something we are revising.
