Due to the rise of the exponential rate of technological advancements, all technology-related jobs should be offered to young and qualified people at or under the age of thirty. Some people would argue that young people, especially below the age the age of thirty, exhibit the knowledge and experience required in order to perform these highly technical jobs. Since technology-related jobs require young, agile, and qualified minds, technology-related jobs should be mostly focused on interviewing applicants that are younger or below the age of thirty, in order to harbor success in the workplace. In particular, most jobs in the workforce are starting to implement highly developed computer systems and software to make the job relatively easier to complete. As a result, a young person with substantial experience with computers would be able to atone to the expectations and complete the job more quickly. This solidifies the thought that young people would be able to perform the job more easily, due to their quick and agile minds; and it allows for success in the workplace, unlike an older person’s skills.
